I’ve been using my Sync Up Tracker for about a year and now it doesn’t change anymore. The cable hasn’t been subjected to any damage. It just doesn’t charge the Tracker now. Unfortunately, it takes some kind of bizarre electrical connection so I can’t just use a normal micro USB or USB C type cord....It was very tempting when T-Mobile offered three sync up trackers for $3 a month, $6 a month if you already exceed eight auto pay discounts. $1 or $2 a month is super cheap to get anything online.
